Kristina is back on track. I just finished the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Week 13-24 for the second time. This time I decided to purchase the Sweat With Kayla App and to see what it offers. The week 25 with the app was great, I love the idea that it plans all the week through for you and incorporates stretching exercises straight after the resistance training. I forget to stretch way too often, therefore it is ideal to me.
The app also offers a weekly meal plan. Sometimes I am really out of ideas what to cook for the whole week, so why not to try Kayla Itsines meal plan. It even creates a shopping list for you, which makes healthy eating pretty easy and also safes you a lot of time.
