Here is my second Breakfast Inspiration post. This time it is all about sweet, fruity and nutritious breakfast. These breakfast ideas show, that there are no excuses to miss breakfast. Just few ingredients, such as yoghurt, fruits or granola are needed and you already can enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast in few minutes.
If you would ask me whether I would prefer savoury or sweet breakfast, I wouldn’t have an answer. I like to vary, mostly one day it will be savoury breakfast and the next day sweet breakfast on my plate.
So let’s get inspired by these breakfast plates:
Skyr with fruits. I really don’t know if there is another faster breakfast option available, just put the Skyr into the bowl, top with mango, raspberries and granola, and you are ready to enjoy your breakfast.
Banana bread with papaya boats. This breakfast doesn’t really look like something you can prepare quickly. But you can have this on your plate in a very short time. You need to scoop out some papaya balls, fill boats with yoghurt, top with fruits and here you are. It tastes amazing with some banana or any other fruit bread on the side.
Yoghurt with fruit salad. If you are too lazy to make breakfast preparations in the morning, then why not to do some fruit salad in advance. In the morning you just need to top your yoghurt or skyr bowl with yummy fruit salad and granola. I make my fruit salad with some lemon juice and a little bit of maple syrup. It has amazing, balanced taste of sweet and sour.
Fruit bowl with yoghurt and cottage cheese. It is another colourful, fruity breakfast bowl. This variety of colours in the morning will make your eyes and tummy happy. Just mix yoghurt and cottage cheese together and top with fruits and nuts to add some crunchiness to your breakfast.
Skyr and yoghurt breakfast in a jar. This is another quick breakfast option, you can prepare in advance. Just mix some skyr with raspberries or mango, as pictured, add granola and some more yoghurt. On the top put some fruits and next morning enjoy fruity jar.
