Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. Every evening I am already excited about what I am having for breakfast. While having a Sunday morning run, I am planing what to eat and how to arrange my breakfast meal. On Sunday I love to have a huge breakfast after long morning run. Most breakfast ideas are just too simple, to be worth to have an individual post, therefore I decided to upload some posts with breakfast ideas I have showed on Instagram, once in a while. Sometime you are just too lazy to think about what to eat, so you can use these posts, as an inspiration, for such lazy days.
My all time favourite ingredient for breakfast is an egg, be it an omelette, a scrambled egg or just a fried egg on a toast.

Fried eggs with avocado toast. I think this picture speaks for it self and there are no further comments needed. Toast, avocado, tomatoes and eggs! This is a combination I would call – perfect breakfast.
An omelette with mixed salad, rye bread topped with cottage cheese and tomatoes. Cottage cheese and tomatoes on a rye bread is such a great combination, it is creamy and fresh at the same time.
Oven baked egg, with avocado, cottage cheese and mushroom toast with fruit salad. This breakfast plate includes everything one could wish, a perfectly baked egg, heavenly delicious toasts and the sweet, fresh fruit salad with some lemon sprinkles and yoghurt on the top.
Oven baked omelette with avocado, mixed salad toast and strawberries. This is my new favourite way to have eggs for breakfast. The omelette baked in the oven and topped with some goodness, for example with stewed red onion, is a dream. It tastes so yummylicious.
